Dear Parents and Guardians,
Re: Individual School Photos - Wednesday, 3 December 2025
To support a smooth start to the 2026 school year, we will be conducting individual student photos for all
Year 6 to 11 students on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
We normally take individual photos at the same time as our group photos in March; however, by completing the
individual photos in December, we will be in a position to have Secondary student ID cards printed and ready for distribution early in Term 1, 2026. This change will enable our students to utilise the ID cards earlier and benefit
from the upcoming public transport reforms.
Attendance & Uniform Requirements
All Year 6 to 11 students are required to be present and dressed in full formal school uniform, as outlined in our Student Uniform Policy
Please note:
. Students who do not comply with the uniform, hair and jewellery requirements, as set out in the policy, will
not be permitted to have their individual photo taken. Instead, they will be photographed during the group
photo session in March.
Following the Uniform Policy supports professional photo outcomes and consistent student records.
Student ID Cards & Public Transport
From 1 January 2026, students aged 17 and under in Victoria will be able to travel free on trains, trams, buses
and regional coach services using a new “youth myki” card. With the student ID cards issued by the College early in Term 1, 2026, your child will be ready to apply for the youth myki and take full advantage of this benefit for school
travel and other outings.
For more information see Transport Victoria+2Victorian Government+2. We encourage families to keep a lookout for further details regarding the youth myki rollout and to ensure that their child’s ID card photo is completed in December so there are no delays in Term 1.
We trust this advance photo session will benefit our Secondary students greatly and thank you for your support in ensuring uniform compliance and timely attendance.

Thank You
