We would like to inform you of an important update to Consent2Go (C2G), the platform the College uses to manage events.

To strengthen security and protect personal information, Consent2Go has introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for parents and

guardians. This means that when you update your profile or respond to an event invitation, you will now be asked to verify your action with a code sent to your mobile phone.

Please note:

• You will have three attempts to enter the correct code.

• If the verification fails after three attempts, the link will stop working.

• If this occurs, our College will receive a “Guardian Verification Failed” notification and the event organiser can re-send the invitation if required.

This additional step is designed to keep your information safe and ensure secure communication between families and the College.
